Ultra High Stress - HALT and HAST

The goal of these test methods are:

• Uncover material defects prematurely
• Acceleration of the quality tests for the improvement of the reliability

They reach this when testing according to the following methods:
HALT - Highly Accelerated Life Testing
HAST - Higly Accelerated Stress Testing

This meant very fast temperature changes to 60°C/min, vibration in 6 axles at the same time and high circulating air speed at the test property reaches.
